Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Left hand

x-ray

There is a traumatic amputation of the left middle and ring fingers at the level of proximal phalanx head and PIP joint.

There is also a traumatic amputation of the left little finger at the level of the middle phalanx head and DIP joint. 

Displaced fracture with extension to PIP joint also is seen at the level of index finger proximal and middle phalanges.

Case Discussion

Amputation of the left middle, ring, and little fingers as well as displaced fracture of index finger proximal and middle phalanges.
