Age: 90
Gender: Female

Right cerebral convexity acute subdural haematoma, thin posterior falx subdural, small volume subarachnoid blood including in the left Sylvian fissure, right intraventricular haemorrhage and small right frontal white matter intraparenchymal haemorrhages.  

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates nicely several co-existing traumatic intracranial hemorrhages including subdural, subarachnoid, intraventricular and intraparenchymal blood.
