Right cerebral convexity acute subdural hematoma, thin posterior falx subdural, small volume subarachnoid blood including in the left Sylvian fissure, right intraventricular hemorrhage and small right frontal white matter intraparenchymal hemorrhages.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates nicely several co-existing traumatic intracranial hemorrhages including subdural, subarachnoid, intraventricular and intraparenchymal blood.
