The left eye cornea, uveo-scleral layer, lens tear, eye temporal deviation, proptosis, vitreous, choroidal, and retrobulbar haemorrhage with preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of ocular globe tear and concomitant choroidal detachment and haemorrhage, retrobulbar haemorrhage, and vitreous haemorrhage which is rare occurrence.
