Both eyes are globally large more in AP length up to 28 mm and left eye cornea, uveo-scleral layer and lens tear, choroidal detachment and haemorrhage more in the anterior nasal side, and low width optic nerves.

Foci of vitreous haemorrhage and left preseptal and lacrimal gland soft tissue swelling and fluid in the paranasal sinuses.

Case Discussion

The case illustrates the non contrast MDCT features of traumatic ocular choroidal detachment and haemorrhage which is relatively rare after ocular blunt trauma and is a kind of ophthalmology emergency and must be meticulously managed.
