Supine radiograph. The lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Sharp definition of the right hemidiaphragm suggests a small pneumothorax. The cardiomediastinal contours are normal allowing for projection. Displaced right seventh rib and right mid clavicular fractures.

Trauma CT confirmed a small anterior right pneumothorax.
