Presentation

Work accident with entrapment under the vehicle.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Dorsal view of the lungs. The left lung is enlarged and bluish cyanotic color. Slightly less extensive parenchymal bleeding on the right. The normal parenchyma is recognizable by its lighter color. The bleeding is sharply limited.
