Traumatic renal and splenic injury

Axial renal parenchymal phase
- Splenic laceration, peri-splenic and left peri-nephric hematoma with hemoperitoneum are noted. On renal excretory phase, there is mild irregularity at left renal pelvis and UPJ with tiny extravasation of contrast in keeping with a left renal collecting system injury.
Case Discussion
Traumatic renal (grade IV) and splenic (grade II) injury.
