Patient ejected from his motorcycle.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Male

Computed tomography shows bilateral pneumothorax secondary to multiple rib fractures and sternal fracture, pneumomediastinum, and a massive subcutaneous emphysema, which extends from the neck to left scrotal region
