Presentation
Long-standing knee pain. Now deformity and difficult weight bearing
Patient Data
Note: This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.
Radiograph of skeletally immature knee shows asymmetric physis with thickening of the medial epiphysis. Inferior to this, there is calcification in a typical pattern of chondroid matrix in "rings and arcs" pattern.

Case Discussion
Plain radiograph and CT and MRI confirm the presence of an intra articular osteochondroma (has a stalk with ossific and cartilaginous components) arising from the medial femoral condyle of dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica.
