Expanded and distorted triquetrum, hamate, base of the 4th metacarpal and both 3rd and 4th metacarpal heads with shortening. Base of the 4th proximal phalynx is also dysplastic.
Case Discussion
Trevor disease or dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica is characterized by assymetrical limb deformity due to epiphyseal cartilage overgrowth. Histologically and radiologically the overgrowth looks like osteochondroma.
