Presentation
Immunocompromised male presented with high grade fever, right upper limb swelling and inability to move the limb. DVT was suspected.

Triceps abscess

US of extensor compartment revealed a large collection with internal echoes and layering of debris in triceps. Normal blood flow demonstrated.
Case Discussion
Emergent incision and drainage was done. 200 ml of frank pus was drained.
