A spot film on fluoroscopic study shows a barium filled stomach with mutiple areas of filling defects giving a mottled appearance.

Case of trichobezoar
Patient had a history of ingestion of hair which initially went unnoticed.
Alopecia was the clue.
Commonly seen in psychiatric patients.
Can be a cause of obstruction.
