History of intravenous drug use, endocarditis and septic pulmonary emboli

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There are cardiomegaly, two abandoned epicardial leads, right atrial enlargement, right ventricle enlargement and enlarged central pulmonary arteries. The valve that has been replaced is the tricuspid valve, based on history, findings and location. A bioprosthetic tricuspid valve has been used.
