Global thickening of A1 pully is seen at 1st metacarpo-phalangeal joint.
No joint effusion or cortical erosion is noted. No tendon tear is seen.
NOTE : Asymptomatic LEFT thumb: Normal thickness of A1 pully at LEFT 1st metacarpo-phalangeal joint.
