There is a pointed/triangular appearance of the frontal bone, a result of premature closure of the metopic surture.
Case Discussion
Premature closure of the metopic surture has resulted in a triangular shaped head with anteriorly placed coronal surtures, characteristic for trigonocephaly.
There is also a cleft through the hard and soft palate on the right.
