Gender: Female
X-ray

Ankle

Comminuted, posterolaterally displaced and shortened fracture through the distal fibular. Displaced fracture through the medial malleolus. Minimally displaced fracture through the posterior malleolus. No dislocation. 

Case Discussion

This combination of fractures is unstable and is called a trimalleolar fracture
