Extra middle phalanx bilaterally, with delta shape appearance of the extra-phalanges.
Mild erosive osteoarthritis of the proximal and distal interphalangeal joints of the 2nd to he 5th fingers of the right hand showing narrowing of the joint spaces and mild central erosions giving the gull wing appearance.

Bilateral triphalangeal thumbs. Appearance on the left could be mistaken for previous trauma.
