Presentation

Right lateral hip pain. History of trauma a few days ago.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Distended thin-walled right greater trochanteric bursa with fluid content of high signal on T1, T2 and STIR with low signal internal septae (hemorrhagic content).
