Bilateral trochlear apparatus calcification. 

Case Discussion

Trochlear apparatus calcification is a common finding. In one large series of ~1000 patients it was seen in 13% of patients. There is no statistically significant association with diabetes but there is one with autoimmune disease and elevated ALP.
