Small osteochondral impression fracture at the antero-supero-medial aspect of the humeral head. There is also haemorhage in the posterior joint capsule, a postero-inferior labroligamentous lesion, and a bone buise in the scapular spine, probably resulting from the impact of the humeral head.
Case Discussion
Typical injury pattern observed after a posterior glenohumeral dislocation.
