Presentation

Posterior shoulder dislocation in a motorcycle accident 2 weeks earlier. Normal x-rays.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Female

Small osteochondral impression fracture at the antero-supero-medial aspect of the humeral head. There is also haemorhage in the posterior joint capsule, a postero-inferior labroligamentous lesion, and a bone buise in the scapular spine, probably resulting from the impact of the humeral head.
