RIF pain. Beta hCG: 896 mIU/mL.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

A transvaginal ultrasound shows a mixed echogenicity mass separate from the right ovary. There is hemoperitoneum. No intrauterine pregnancy identified. 

Case Discussion

Findings are in keeping with a tubal ectopic pregnancy, which was confirmed at surgery.
