Presentation

Infertility. History of ectopic pregnancy 4 years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpingogram shows normal right fallopian tube with the free peritoneal spillage.

Cutoff of contrast material in the isthmic portion of the left fallopian tube with bulbous dilatation of distal aspect of the opacified portion.

The uterine cavity is normal.

Postsurgical occlusion of the left fallopian tube following tubal ligation.
