Multiple small discrete ring enhancing lesions are seen in brain parenchyma suggesting tuberculomas, with shaggy enhancement in basal cistern -possibly exudates.
A focal area of gyral swelling and enhancement, with marked leptomeningeal enhancement, and vasogenic edema is seen in right parietal lobe, suggesting focal tubercular cerebritis.
