Post contrast images show conglomerate ring enhancing lesion in left parietal lobe.
Tuberculoma: T2W Coronal FLAIR image shows a T2 hyperintense lesion in left parietal lobe with marked perilesional edema.
Case Discussion
CSF study reveals increased lymphocytes and protein with decreased sugar level.
T2W images and C+ images show small conglomerate ring enhancing lesions in left parietal lobe with associated perilesional edema. Mild leptomenigeal enhancement is seen.
A diagnosis of CNS tuberculosis was made.
