Multiple ring enhancing granulomas in the brain and spinal cord. These are hypointense on T2WI.

Case Discussion

MRI of the brain and spinal cord demonstrate numerous ring enhancing lesions. CSF confirmed TB. The lesions thus represent numerous tuberculomas.
