Tuberculosis of foot

Dorusm foot swelling - Few months.

Patient Data

Gender: Male



Effusion with echoes are noted involving navicular - cuniform joint and 1st to 4th Lisfranc Joints. Periarticular erosion is present. Significant erosion of navicular and medial cuniform is noted.

Joint effusion shows extension in subcutenous plane. Two collections are noted.

Medial to dorsalis pedis - 31 x 28 x 17 mm. Lateral to dorsalis pedis - 14 x 12 x10 mm

 Mild tenosynovitis is seen in medial tendons. NO tendon tear is seen.
