Tuberculosis with small bowel obstruction

Presentation

Generalized abdominal pain.

The abdominal film demonstrates subacute small bowel obstruction with mucosal thickening of the small and large bowel. Dilatation of the small bowel.

Additional right upper lobe fibrosis with a previous history of TB.
