Alcoholic male. Defaulter of pulmonary tuberculous treatment. C/o right upper anterior abdominal wall swelling - few days.

Tuberculous abscess - anterior abdominal wall

A lesion with well-defined wall is noted involving transversus abdominis muscle.
Floating internal echoes are noted. Vascularity is noted in wall.
Case Discussion
Findings favor abscess involving anterior abdominal wall - transversus abdominis muscle.
No nodes / ascites / peritoneal thickening / omental thickening.
Surgery followed by lab studies done - suggesting tuberculous etiology of abscess.
