Destructive changes of the left acetabulum and femoral head with surrounding complex effusion containing layering densities/debris which extends into the surrounding musculature.
Case Discussion
Left hip aspiration was positive for acid-fast bacilli and necrotizing granulomatous inflammation.
Young patient with severe manifestation of tuberculous arthritis of the left hip from an endemic area.
