Presentation
RIght anterior triangle neck swelling for the last 2 weeks. Mild pain. No fever.
Patient Data
Irregular well-defined area about 45 x 36 x 15 mm is noted in lower part of right anterior triangle of neck. Lesion involves lateral part of clavicular head of sternocleidomastoid muslce. Floating echoes are noted in the lesion. No intralesional vascularity is noted. Perilesional vascularity is high. No erosion of clavicle is noted.
No thrombosis of right internal jugular vein or subclavian vein.
Few hypoechoic round / ovoid nodes ( upto 1 cm ) with loss of hilar fat are noted at right level III, IV and V.
2 - 3 ovoid hypoechoic nodes with internal calcification are noted at right level III.
Nodes with loss of hilar fat are noted on left level IV and VI.
