Presentation was changed:
Back pain, fever and bothbilateral lower limb pain for 4 months.

Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

Almost complete infiltrative, destruction of D12the T12 vertebra with partial destruction and inflammatory changes of anterior aspects of D9the T9, D10T10, D11T11 and L1 vertebrae. There is an associated acute kyphotic deformity, centered at T12. 

Large prevertebral, intravertebral, paraspinal and epidural abscess extending from D9the T9 vertebral level to the L1 level andinto the proximal parts of left psoas muscle.

Kyphotic changes of dorsal spine is noted.

The epidural collection results in significant spinal canal stenosis and cord compression.
