Knee swelling for 8 months.

Radiograph of the knee shows prominent suprapatellar soft tissue.

ultrasound

Ultrasound shows diffuse synovial thickening and knee effusion with complex echoes, suggestive of suprapatellar synovitis.

Arthroscopy shows features of tuberculous etiology.
