There is a homogenous vividly enhancing T1 and T2 isointense suprasellar solid mass measuring 2.8 x 2.2 cm on the tuberculum sella with extension anteriorly as dural tail on the planum sphenoidale.
The mass is extending inferiorly into the sella depressing the diaphragmatic sella and compressing pituitary gland, which is visualized separately. Superiorly mass is compressing optic chiasma.
There is also increased T2 signal along left optic tract suggestive of oedema.
The most likely diagnosis is a tuberculum sellae meningioma. Unfortunately, the histology report is not available.
