Multiple calcified sub-ependymal nodules are noted (subependymal hamartomas)
Multi-focal hypodensities in subcortical regions of the cerebrum (Subcortical tubers).
The interhemispheric fissure is centered on the midline.
No sign of hydrocephalus.
The brain stem and cerebellum appear normal.
Case Discussion
The features are suggestive of CNS manifestation of tuberous sclerosis.
