Multiple calcified sub-ependymal nodules are noted (subependymal hamartomas).
Multi-focal hypodensities with calcifications in subcortical regions of the cerebrum and left cerebellar hemisphere (Subcortical tubers).
The interhemispheric fissure is centered on the midline.
No sign of hydrocephalus.
Case Discussion
The features are compatible with of CNS manifestation of tuberous sclerosis.
