Increasing frequency of seizures
Known case of tuberous sclerosis. Stable appearance of multiple sub ependymal nodules, white matter lesions and cortical tuberousSmall T2 hypointense, T1 isointense abnormal focus anterior to the left optic disc,? retinal lesion/hamartoma. Fundoscopic evaluation is recommended.
