6 yo male with tuberous sclerosis with global developmental delay.

Age: 6 yrs
Gender: Male

Increasing frequency of seizures

Known case of tuberous sclerosis. Stable appearance of multiple sub ependymal nodules, white matter lesions and cortical tuberous
Small T2 hypointense, T1 isointense abnormal focus anterior to the left optic disc,? retinal lesion/hamartoma. Fundoscopic evaluation is recommended.
