Diffuse cystic lung disease with multiple thin-walled cysts of variable size, typical of LAM.

Multiple bilateral fat-containing renal masses, consistent with AMLs.

MRI Brain

Multiple cortical and subcortical tubers.

Calcific subependymal hamartoma.

White matter abnormalities.

Case Discussion

Findings in combination are consistent with the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis.
