Few subcortical tubers are noted. These tubers are hypointense on T1 and hyperintense on T2 and FLAIR.
Few subependymal calcified hamartomatous nodules that show enhancement on the post-Gd images.
Case Discussion
These imaging features are suggestive of tuberous sclerosis.
