Multiple calcified and non-calcified subependymal nodular lesions along bilateral lateral ventricles.
Multiple hyperintense lesions are seen involving cortex / subcortical white matter of bilateral cerebral hemispheres.
Multiple radial band-like hyperintensities are seen in bilateral cerebral white matter.
Case Discussion
Tuberous sclerosis is a neurocutaneous syndrome wherein the patient commonly presents with seizures. This case shows typical findings of tuberous sclerosis.
