Presentation

New onset seizures and abdominal distention.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
CT

Brain

Calcified periventricular tubers.

CT

Chest

Multiple tiny lung cysts.

CT

Abdomen

Both kidneys are moderately enlarged with multiple bilateral cysts. Bilateral renal masses with fatty components, consistent with multiple renal angiomyolipomas.

Multiple sclerotic bony lesions are also noted.

Massive abdominal ascites.
