There are multiple tiny subependymal calcified nodules (returning low signal on T2WI/T2*GRE and high signal on T1WI).
In sagittal FLAIR images, there are a few faint subcortical high signal areas as well.
Case Discussion
The imaging features are suggestive of the CNS manifestation of tuberous sclerosis.
