Multiple hyperintense lesions involving cortex and subcortical white matter of bilateral frontal and right temporal lobe consistent with cortical tubers. No obvious enhancement is seen on post contrast study.
Multiple radial band-like hyperintensities are seen in bilateral cerebral
white matter.
No obvious evidence of subependymal nodules is seen.
Branching, enhancing vascular channel is seen in right frontal lobe, draining into superficial cortical vein, likely developmental venous anomaly.

Case Discussion

Findings are suggestive of tuberous sclerosis and are likely cause of the seizures.
