Case Discussion

FINDINGS:
28x21x12cm mass left side.
Fat content.
Pseudo aneurysm.
Right kidney removed.
No other abnormality in the abdomen and pelvis.

LIKELY DIAGNOSIS:
Angiomyolipoma.
Tuberous sclerosis.

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Retroperitoneal lipoma/liposarcoma.

FURTHER INVESTIGATION/MANAGEMENT:
MRI Brain
Consider embolisation.
