Status epilepticus in patient with TS

Age: 34
Gender: Male

Grossly thickened skull vault due to long term use of phenytoin for seizures. Typical features of TS with calcified subependymal nodules and a peripheral left parietal hamartoma (arrow). Enhancing, calcified mass at the left foramen of Munro = giant cell astrocytoma
