Tuberous sclersosis with lymphangiomyomatosis

Age: 25
Gender: Female

X-ray one week later

CXR shows large radiolucent area in right lung field with compressive atelectasis of right lung and mediastinum shift to the left which all consistent with pneumothorax. 

There are multiple raidolucent cyst-like lesion in the middle of left lung field. The spine is in scoliotic deformity 

CT shows pneumothorax in the right lung with very mild pleural effusion and the mediastinum is pushed to the left.

There are multiple mass lesions with soft tissue density located in hilar region of both lung best seen in mediastinal window.

There are also diffuse thin walled air density cyst with variable size surrounded by normal lung tissue across both lungs.

FLAIR images show multiple cortical and subcortical lesion with high signal across whole brain and cerebellum.
