Palpable lump located at the inferior-outer quadrant of the left breast.

Ultrasonography, strain and acoustic radiation force impulse elastography findings are indicative of a benign lesion.
Although the lesion was considered a fibroadenoma an ultrasound guided biopsy was performed and the pathology report revealed a tubular adenoma which is a benign breast lesion.
