Well-defined lesion with an angular margin at the left margin. It is roughly circular in shape (i.e. as wide as it is tall).
Case Discussion
This was interpreted as being a fibroadenoma. It was biopsied because it was tall as broad and the little dimple extending from the lateral margin. It's a tubular adenoma.
