Case Discussion
This case shows what the majority of tubular carcinomas looks like in every day practice. These are invariably small dense spiculated lesions in the breast in elderly patients. The lesions typically have spiculations and are small and rounded.
On ultrasound the lesions typically are rounded and spiculated.
