Gender: Male

Ultrasound testis

Mild expansion of the epidydimis with speckled appearance. 

Case Discussion

Tubular ectasia of the epididymis is usually seen in those with prior vasectomy, although is occasionally seen in those without prior surgery. It is likely due to an obstructive phenomenon.
