Tubular ectasia rete testis

Scrotal pain and enlargement of the scrotum.

Patient Data

Age: 56 years

Rete testis tubular ectasia in both testes. No Doppler signal. Bilateral associated spermatocoeles.

Case Discussion

Ultrasound demonstrates tubular ectasia of the rete testis was found bilaterally associated to spermatocoele (or epididymal cysts although the presence of low level echoes favors the former).
